Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Pick up from the hotel at around 7:30am and go to our office to meet the rest of the group. Later, drive southwards along the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint, arriving in time for lunch at Sankale Camp. Later, proceed for an evening game drive exploring the well-known tree-studded grasslands and rolling hills. The famous Mara is also renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs, but it is also home to numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife found in Kenya. Your dinner and overnight stay are at Sankale Camp.

Day 2

Masai Mara Extended Game Drive

After breakfast, depart for a full day of game viewing and a picnic lunch at the Mara River. There is usually a large concentration of wildlife at the river. Enjoy your picnic lunch as you watch the crocodiles, hippos, and other animals in and around the water. On this day, you have the option of visiting the Masai villages. All your meals and an overnight stay are at Sankale Camp.
